The team was put together for the 2009/10 season through the amalgamation of ‘Mini-Soccer teams Mowbray Rangers ‘Cubs’ and ‘Bears’. In their final season as separate teams, the Cubs came 3rd in Leicester and District Mutual Football League U10 division 4 and Bears 3rd in division 6.

Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
